HELP?! PLEASEE?!!! my tampon is stuck??!!?

Well, today I put in a tampon, and I went to go and replace it, because it was really bugging me, like it was uncomfortable. And so I was in the washroom going to get it out, but I cant find it! Like, I put it in right, because i have been using tampons for like 4 years now. But i looked inside of my , and i cant find it. i know it is in me, because i can feel it. I tried tweezers, i tried using lubricant to loosen it up, but it is still in there! any thought on this? how can I get it out??
