Cahpter 7 and my ex-wife?

I live in wisconsin and was thinking about filing a chapter7 because my ex-wife has not sold the house or taken care of some other bill's with my name on them as she was told to do by the judge. I wanted to know what will happen to the house we jointly own and her car that I am a co-borrower on if I file a chapter 7?
