Almost all my friends smoke and my parents think i do to...what should i do?

well ima 13...im a dude and like 3/4 of my friends smoke, including my girlfriend,and my dad saw one of them smokin and i always hang with them so my parents think i smoke to.....i dont wana start smoking and i dont wana lose my friends but i dont want my parents to hate me...wat do i do??
