Am i doing enough to lose weight ?

ive started bike riding for an hour a day and doing hannah water mans body blitz dvd im doing the warm up and 1 section three times a week ive been doing it a week and a half ive lost 4 pounds so far im after healthy eating too im ok at healthy breakfast and dinner does anyone have any healthy recipe ideas for tea any tips and advice would be good too thanks
