Should i tell him I am coming to town?

I don't think you should say anything. Just think about it. How do you think if would affect him if he found out that you came to town and didn't let him know? Once he asked you why you didn't say anything or call him just tell him you needed your space because your trying to move on and even though you truly love him you don't want ot pressure him anymore. That you totally understand his feelings on commitment. And then tell him you just want to give him space too. Tell him as much as you love him and want to see him you want more. You don't want him to end up committing to you if his heart isn't in it either. Because that's just going to end up with a lot of grief and resentment.
