Liberals: Why did a scientist on the History Channel just say that we'd be in another ice age in 10,000 years?

I highly doubt you care to know, but, the going theory (and this scientist you note's theory) is that global warming will melt the ice caps which will flood the oceans with fresh water, which will cause currents to re-direct flow, which will cause a sharp drop in ocean temperatures, which will cause Earth to go into another ice age. It is not in anyway in disagreement with the 97% of world climatologists that agree on global warming.
