Can my teacher do anything about this?

So my uncles girlfriend is a right cow and has been pestering me and saying stuff about me and my family and just being horrible. I am living with her and my uncle and he just gets drunk every night and so does she. And they have been gone for like 3 days now with friends and she text me saying after school tomorrow she is coming to wait for me to have a fight :/ im fine to do this because she deserves a good smack, but after school my teachers are always standing outside, but because i am not fighting a fellow student and it is after school, can he stop it or do anything if he sees us?
