How can I resize and print 6x4 pictures using Microsoft Publisher?

Create a one cell table, right-click the table, click format table, size tab. Type your preferred size. With your cursor in the cell, Fill, Fill effects, Picture tab, browse to your picture. You might have to uncheck the Lock picture aspect ratio. You can copy the table before inserting the picture. All your pictures will have a consistent size.
