Torry holt for brandon jacobs?

i currently have marvin harrison, wes welker, larry johnson, jamal lewis, sammy morris, santonio holmes, torry holt and was thinking to trade holt for jacobs. would this trade hurt me more than help me? i also have chris henry and mark clayton in the hopes one of them could offset the loss of holt in a small way while gaining more in my RB depth. we can play 2 or 3 RB's and 4 or 5 wr's.
