School dress code?

ok at school they are being strict about our dress code. They say that we can't wear confederate flag clothing or we'll be asked to take it off and if we dont we'll be suspended but we have a flag that represents the civil war and the south in which i believe in and they have kids walking around with "dipset" shirts and clothing representing the bloods and the crips. they tell us that our confederate flag clothing will disrupt cles and cause a school riot and your telling me that shirts and other clothing involving gangs wont
