3-way trade between Mavs, Nets, and Trailblazers?

i heard that there could be a trade between Dallas, New Jersey and Portland. Dallas gets kidd, malik allen, and jamaal magloire. Portland gets devin harris. NJ gets Jerry stackhouse, devean gorge, channing frye, travis outlaw, and jarrett jack. what do ya'll think about this trade?
