Would it be worth keeping one in the house just incase?

I have had a copper coil fitted for 18 months now but it is not agreeing with me so Dr says it needs to come out. I cannot take the combined pill and the mini pill makes me worry I'm pregnant so our only choice is condoms as we eventually want kids. Is it worth buying a morning after pill and keeping it in the cupboard just in case the condom splits or comes off?
