What kind of salt water sports fishing can i look for near hilo hawaii?

I don't have a boat and i don't have the money to go out on a charter although i might look for a local to take me out for 100 bucks or so. I've never fished hawaii before and i have no idea what kind of sports fish are over there. i am an experienced fisherman.
