What is PROPOXYPHENE NAP+APAP?

im pretty sure they are pain pills but i am trying to figure out if they are narcotic or not. they are bright pink and are a long oval kind of. they were my grandmothers but she died so im just trying to figure out what they are so that i can dispose of them or keep thm. thanks!
