No kill animal shelters near bloomsburg, pa?

I have a 4 month old Jug puppy (Jack Russle/Pug) puppy that needs a good home and I don't want to send her to an animal shelter that kills their dogs. We are near Bloomsburg, PA. Could someone please help us out?
