Has anyone studied the recent sale and demand level of one vs. two story homes?

Baby Boomers will be seeking single level homes in record numbers, no stairs-will we see two story prices decline while single level homes increase in value? All sales information I have seen have the two types of homes consolidated with no reports separated by type of home.
