Can my sim in sims livin' large PC have a baby?

Sure, Sims can have babies in the original Sims series, but rather than it coming from a "woohoo", I believe "Have a Baby" just becomes a menu option once the couple is in love enough, at least if I remember correctly, its been a few years. After that the woman gets sick and makes messes all over the house for a few days and then a baby appears in a craddle. But in short, yes, you can have a baby.
