Are you kidding me?? Credit question?

So I subscribed to truecredit.com to find out my 3 credit scores... all 3 came back WAY lower than I expected, which was pretty upsetting since I'm trying to buy a house. I googled the service just to see if anyone else had a bad experience with them and got bombarded with articles of people having the same problem. Everyone suggested I go to myfico.com for a more accurate report and my score was ... get this... 116 points higher!!!! How is this even possible? Is myfico.com a creditable resource for credit scores??
